Oxford scientists have new Ebola vaccine soon
With the Ebola outbreak risk now "very high" in DR Congo, a new vaccine for the Bundibugyo species, which has no proven treatment, could soon be ready for trials. Scientists at Oxford University are developing this experimental vaccine, using ChAdOx1 technology adapted from the Covid pandemic. It could be ready for clinical trials within two to three months.
