Olympian arrested for 'touching' Trump's Reflecting Pool

A one-time American Olympic canoe team member was taken into custody following President Trump's accusation that "vandals" were responsible for defacing the Lincoln Memorial's Reflecting Pool. David Hearn, 67, claims US Park Police charged him with property destruction for touching a failing sealant in the Washington DC pool. Mr Trump said contractors reported a 250-foot gash and corrosive chemicals, so the $14 million-plus renovated pool needs draining.
