Ocado drops threat to sue Marks & Spencer over £190m delivery payout

The money was tied to performance targets for their joint 50-50 grocery delivery business, which M&S felt weren't met. Tim Steiner, the chief executive, previously insisted his firm was owed the cash, but the company has now quietly abandoned the claim. Instead, both retailers say they are focusing on growing the partnership, helping Ocado's share price rise by 2.3% on Tuesday.
