Nvidia puts $3.5 billion into Taiwanese chip firm MediaTek

The massive bond purchase lets customers of the Taiwanese company design specialised artificial intelligence chips that link to Nvidia data centres. Announced on Monday, the deal ensures both firms will keep building technology together for personal computers and intelligent cars.
