Nurses collapsing, having seizures in 30C hospital heat

The Royal College of Nursing cautions that healthcare workers are experiencing collapse and seizures due to hospital environments exceeding 30 degrees Celsius. Nurses reported wards with no ventilation, broken air conditioning, and temperatures as high as 36C. Nicola Ranger, the RCN's chief executive, stated that the NHS infrastructure is not equipped for high temperatures, rendering it an unsuitable environment for both staff and patients.
