Nottingham review details hundreds of baby deaths

A groundbreaking investigation into maternity care within the NHS is set to be released, exposing extensive failings at the Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The report by Donna Ockenden, due out on Wednesday, encompasses 2,500 instances where infants and mothers experienced death or injury. It follows hundreds of baby deaths and injuries, some of which have been widely reported.
