Nike has announced Project Amplify, a motorized footwear system designed to help casual athletes and people with mobility challenges move faster and with less effort. Developed in partnership with Dephy, the battery-powered running shoe is still in development but represents one of four new products aiming to restore Nike’s role as a leader in sports technology under CEO Elliott Hill.
