NHS patients to get three weeks' appointment notice

NHS England plans to give patients at least three weeks' notice for hospital appointments, aiming to improve their experience. This move is inspired by how online shopping companies keep customers updated on deliveries. Around 6 million people are currently waiting for about 7 million NHS tests, operations, and appointments.
