New UK-France deal stops deported migrants returning

This updated agreement aims to close a loophole that allowed deported migrants to re-enter Britain. The UK and France rewrote their "one in, one out" deal to specifically target individuals who illegally return after being removed. These changes apply regardless of how those previously deported migrants try to arrive back in the country.
