New RAF squadron launching to protect UK satellites from attack

Britain is creating a new military unit, No III Space Effects Squadron, to defend its satellites and support operations. No III Space Effects Squadron will protect vital satellites used for missile warnings, communications, and ship guidance. Defence Secretary Wes Streeting said the UK needs to keep up in the "new space race."
