Neuroscientist links school screen use to falling IQ scores
Jared Cooney Horvath, a neuroscientist, believes screens and digital tools in schools are harming how children learn and develop. He says IQ scores across the West began to fall around the year 2000, linking this to the rise of educational technology. Horvath points to international test scores where students using computers for over six hours daily scored 66 points lower than those who didn't use them.
