Nepal mourns 1,300 flood victims, 5,000 still missing

Nepal held a national day of mourning on Monday for the more than 1,300 people killed in floods across Nepal and Tibet. Around 5,000 people, including foreigners, are still missing after the floods hit on August 26. The current rescue operation is targeting 12 hydropower schemes, with approximately 900 employees unaccounted for.
