Nationally important UK fossil collection sold to Abu Dhabi museum

One of Britain's most significant Jurassic fossil collections, containing 318 specimens, has been bought by a museum in Abu Dhabi. Neither the Natural History Museum in London nor Museum Wales could afford the reported "eight-figure sum" for the collection.
