Music video director Tim Pope reveals dangerous methods in new memoir

Famed for putting stars in uncomfortable situations, Tim Pope's new memoir details his riotous career making music videos for huge acts. He is well known for having attired Freddie Mercury as a "giant Mediterranean prawn" and confining The Cure to a waterlogged wardrobe. Pope additionally recounts how his camera once inflicted a "raging dent in his forehead" on Neil Young whilst filming.
