Iqbal Mohamed, MP for Dewsbury and Batley, has quit Jeremy Corbyn's Your Party just one week before its inaugural conference, citing false allegations and smears. Mohamed becomes the second MP to leave within a week after Adnan Hussain also departed over a toxic environment and veiled prejudice against Muslim men. The resignations follow internal tensions between co-leaders Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana, particularly over socially conservative views within the progressive party. Your Party now faces serious questions about its survival.
