MoD denies military jet caused UK air traffic control failure
The Ministry of Defence has denied reports that a military jet's flight plan caused the air traffic control system failure this week. According to a report in the Financial Times on Friday, four sources alleged the disruption was caused by a military aircraft's data entry. More than 2,000 flights were cancelled due to this problem at National Air Traffic Services (Nats) on Tuesday.
