Ministers Back Every Doctor-Led Rule for AI in Healthcare
The government has accepted all 44 recommendations from the National Commission into the Regulation of AI in Healthcare and set out how they will be delivered across the UK. Alongside the response, the MHRA has opened applications for the third phase of AI Airlock, its testing sandbox for AI medical devices, which has won three more years of funding. A fuller implementation roadmap will follow.
