Minister believes UK will rejoin EU

A government minister believes Britain will eventually rejoin the European Union, a full decade after the country voted to leave. As a Treasury minister, Lord Livermore publicly conveyed his personal conviction that Britain would eventually re-enter the 27-country union. This comes as others claim the Labour government is already using 'Brexit dividends' such as zero tariffs.
