Meta launches new AI coding tool to challenge rivals

Meta has released Muse Code, its first AI coding agent, aiming to compete with leading AI labs Anthropic and OpenAI. Alexandr Wang, head of Meta Superintelligence Labs, stated the tool is capable of managing full software engineering assignments, such as code writing and validation. Developers can access Muse Code with a pay-as-you-go option.
