Messi breaks World Cup all-time goal record

Messi has now surpassed Miroslav Klose's long-standing record, cementing his place in football history. He scored his 17th goal in Argentina's group game against Austria on Monday in Dallas, then added an 18th. This makes him the outright leading scorer in World Cup history, with Klose's 16 goals standing since 2014.
