About 261,000 people came to Sepang International Circuit over the 2 to 4 October weekend, and more than 50,000 of the visitors were foreign tourists. The Youth and Sports Ministry gave the RM950mil figure in a written reply on Wednesday, citing Formula 1 Management. It didn't say what the race cost the Malaysian Government, and a cost-benefit study will help decide whether to host again.
