Lil Nas X Lawyer Wants Police Battery Case Diverted
Lil Nas X faces up to five years in state prison if convicted, but his felony police battery charges could be dismissed. His lawyer, Christy O’Connor, went to court on Thursday, asking for a delay to file a motion for a diversion programme. The 26-year-old was arrested August 21, 2025, after allegedly assaulting three police officers.
