Labour leads Reform in polls for first time in over a year
Labour has topped five national polls since Andy Burnham became prime minister, ending Reform UK's year-long lead. A YouGov survey on August 9 and 10 put Labour on 24%, two points ahead of Reform on 22%, their lowest score since March 2025. The polling comes as Nigel Farage campaigns in a crucial Clacton by-election on Thursday.
