Korean Air finalises $44.8 billion deal for 103 new Boeing jets
Korean Air has completed its largest aircraft order to date, with a $44.8 billion agreement for jets and engines being confirmed. The deal includes 103 Boeing aircraft worth $36.2 billion, with the remaining $8.6 billion going to GE Aerospace and CFM International for engines and maintenance. The investment modernises the fleet, expands capacity, and prepares the airline for its merger with Asiana Airlines in December.
