King Charles to acknowledge colonial rule's past harms on Caribbean tour

King Charles III will acknowledge the past harms of colonial rule and slavery during a Caribbean tour starting on 27 October. A Buckingham Palace spokesperson said the trip would not "shy away from the 'darkest days of our past'". The King will visit the Bahamas, Guyana, and Antigua and Barbuda, where he will give a speech.
