Earl Spencer claims King Charles made the comment about his sister Diana days after her 1997 death. The alleged remark happened during an argument over funeral arrangements for Diana's sons, William and Harry. Spencer's memoir, Swan Song: Diana, My Sister, containing the claim, is out next Tuesday.
