Kensington and Chelsea asking prices fall by £95,000 in one month

Asking prices for new homes in Kensington and Chelsea have dropped by over £95,000 in a single month as competition heats up among sellers. Property website Rightmove said the number of available homes in London is the highest in 16 years, leading to sellers cutting prices. August's 2% national price drop is the largest in eight years.
