Keiko Fujimori wins Peru presidency after weeks of vote count

Keiko Fujimori has been declared Peru's president, nearly a month after the election, winning by a slim margin of fewer than 50,000 votes. It's her fourth attempt at the top job, and she's promised a crackdown on organised crime and to attract private investment. Her win marks a shift towards right-wing politics in Latin America.
