Kashmir Terror Network Arrests Follow Delhi Car Blast Investigation

Indian authorities arrested multiple suspects across Kashmir following a deadly car explosion near Delhi's Red Fort that killed 13 people. The blast, officially declared a terror attack, is linked to an interstate terror module connected to banned groups Jaish-e-Mohammed and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind. Police seized nearly 3,000kg of explosive materials and arrested eight people including medical professionals before the bombing occurred.
