Justin Timberlake arrest video shows failed sobriety tests, claimed one martini
Publicly released footage now shows Justin Timberlake's difficulties completing sobriety tests after his June 2024 drink driving arrest. Police in Sag Harbor stopped his BMW as they reported he drove through a stop sign, swerved from his lane, and smelled of alcohol. Timberlake, who pleaded guilty to impaired driving in September 2024, claimed to officers he'd consumed just one martini.
