John Swinney says UK is 'falling apart' and in 'perilous state'

Scottish First Minister John Swinney asserts that the UK faces a "perilous state" and is "falling apart", and he has criticised Prime Minister Andy Burnham's recent tour. Swinney said Burnham's dismissal of independence referendums for Scotland and a united Ireland is "completely unsustainable". He highlighted the increased number of independence-supporting MSPs in Scotland and Sinn Féin holding the First Minister role in Northern Ireland.
