Is easyJet facing bigger losses from war
Rising costs and weaker bookings could push up fares for travellers. EasyJet warned it expects a larger first-half pre-tax loss due to the Middle East conflict, with fuel prices rising and demand falling. The airline said losses may reach between £540 million and £560 million, while bookings dropped and future demand became harder to predict.
