Ireland will be united, says former PM Gordon Brown

The former prime minister believes Ireland will eventually unite, though he stressed it would be a long process needing mutual agreement. Brown, who served as chancellor at the time of the 1998 Good Friday Agreement, shared his views during an extensive discussion. He also argued for continued North Sea oil and gas drilling to support the transition to renewables.
