Iran says Strait of Hormuz will not reopen until war ends

Two more ships were hit near Oman and in the Strait of Hormuz over the weekend, causing damage to one tanker's engine room. Iran's Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said on Sunday the strait will only reopen if its seven conditions from the Islamabad Memorandum are met. These include ending US "acts of aggression" and a naval blockade.
