Iran central bank governor says country has enough foreign currency reserves

Iran has enough foreign currency despite economic pressure from America, Central Bank Governor Abdolnaser Hemmati said on Tuesday. Hemmati announced that the bank is ready to inject up to $2 billion into the foreign exchange market to calm recent volatility. The currency dropped past 2 million rials to the U.S. dollar in August, while annual inflation reached 66% in July.
