Houthi rebel group says Red Sea strait open for all except Saudi Arabia

Mohammed al Bukhaiti, a spokesman for the group, stated that vessels from all other nations can safely use the Bab el Mandeb waterway. He added that the rebels can block Saudi ships because of their growing military capabilities. He also claimed that the Saudis have been blockading Yemen from using the strait freely for the past 12 years.
