House buyers now want air conditioning and comfort in hotter UK summers
Online searches for homes with air conditioning have more than doubled this late spring and summer compared to last year. Between May 1 and July 31, Rightmove, a property portal, saw user searches rise by 104%. According to property experts, the capacity of a home to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year and its energy efficiency have become considerably more significant.
