Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3 access restricted by flooding

The central terminal area is experiencing flooding, which prevents passengers from reaching Terminals 2 and 3 by road. Heathrow Airport is urging people travelling to or from these terminals to use rail and underground services instead. The disruption hits during the school summer holidays, one of the airport's busiest times.
