Healey announces £150m for northern firms in first speech.

John Healey, the Chancellor, will give his first major speech on Monday, aiming to reassure markets about Labour's economic plans. He will state that Britain must support the generation of wealth and ensure its distribution across all regions to address the nation's challenges. Healey will also announce £150 million from the British Business Bank for fast-growing northern firms.
