Arsenal wants defender Jarell Quansah but Leverkusen resists selling £30m player
Mikel Arteta, Arsenal's manager, wants to add more defensive options, seeing 23-year-old Quansah as a versatile fit. Bayer Leverkusen, however, do not want to sell him after he made 44 appearances in his first season there. Arsenal would reportedly need to pay over £30m, which Leverkusen paid for him last July.
