French court blocks social media ban for under-15s
France's top court ruled on Friday that a proposed ban on social media for children under 15 was too broad. The Constitutional Council said the bill would infringe on freedom of expression and communication. French lawmakers had previously voted for the bill, which would have been the first such age limit in the EU.
