Google Maps now lets you order food and book hotels

Google has expanded its Ask Maps feature, powered by Gemini AI, to allow users to order food and book hotels directly through the app. The update means users can ask Maps for things like restaurants with specific menu items or 4-star hotels near attractions. The new capabilities are rolling out in English across more than 130 countries.
