French lifeboat service warns there's "no limit" to mega dinghy migrants

Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp says French authorities could have easily stopped a recent 230-person vessel, claiming he saw French Gendarmes doing nothing. French police have previously admitted they have orders not to intervene when migrants attempt these crossings.
