Four arrested, two critical after violent clashes near Pontypool

Violent disorder in Pontnewynydd, near Pontypool, on Thursday evening led to the apprehension of four men, with two individuals sustaining critical injuries. Reports of a fracas among a group of males prompted Gwent Police to attend the scene at approximately 7:15 PM. Hospital care was provided to three men, and two of those apprehended are still being held by the police.
