Five women abused by Mohamed Al Fayed formally declared as trafficking victims
The Home Office ruling arrives alongside over 400 claims of sexual abuse made against the late Harrods boss spanning from 1977 to 2014. Survivors now want London's Metropolitan Police to treat human trafficking as the primary target of their ongoing criminal inquiry. Detectives have interviewed four individuals so far while investigating who else might have helped arrange the attacks.
