Five killed as Amazon cargo plane overruns Miami runway
Five people were killed and five taken to hospital when an Amazon cargo plane overran a runway at Miami International Airport on Sunday afternoon, the Miami-Dade sheriff said. The Boeing 767, arriving from San Juan, careered onto a road outside the airport, struck several vehicles and caught fire. All runways closed and around 250 flights were delayed, with investigators still working to establish the cause.
