Fifth heatwave arrives this week as more areas could declare drought
After a brief break from intense heat on Monday, temperatures across much of England and Wales will soar again, marking the year's fifth heatwave. The National Drought Group will meet on Monday to decide if more English regions will be officially declared to be in drought. Around 23 million people already face hosepipe bans, with little rain expected this week.
