Faulty air-con leaves train passengers wet with water dripping inside
East Midlands Railway (EMR) has apologised after an air conditioning problem on its new Aurora trains caused water to drip onto passengers. A commuter reported paying over £127 for a round-trip rail fare between London and Derby on Thursday, adding that it was "raining" inside her carriage. EMR confirmed a fault with the air conditioning was the cause and is investigating a permanent fix.
