Fake weight-loss drug retatrutide flooding black market

Illicit versions of retatrutide, an experimental weight-loss drug still in trials, are being sold widely in the UK. Experts suggest this marks a rare instance where imitations of an experimental drug have achieved such widespread availability. Eli Lilly, the pharmaceutical company behind the real drug, warns that fake products may contain unknown ingredients or the wrong active ingredient.
