Explosion Rocks US Refinery in Port Arthur

Residents in Port Arthur, Texas, have been told by local police and fire departments to shelter indoors following an explosion at the Valero oil refinery. Large plumes of black smoke were visible in videos. The facility processes 435,000 barrels of heavy sour crude oil daily. Emergency crews are on scene, and no injuries have been reported.
